Random stuff from a Sunday

I'm hoping to get some more photos posted from this weekend (and week) but I've got a sickie on my hand and not sure what I'll get done. So for now, just to get it down (to scrap later I guess)....

I am thinking…that we are wasting the beautiful weather we are having by having to stay inside because of a stupid virus, but at least it is a 3 day weekend.

I am thankful for…modern medicine (wisdom given to man from the Big Physician) and being able to make my boy feel better for a couple hours.

From the learning rooms…(if this applies) Evan really wants to earn his free ticket to Six Flags (loves roller coasters-so my boy!) and wants to read 30 minutes before dinner and after. We read for 30 minutes after breakfast (him by himself and me reading with Kyle).

From the kitchen…mmmm leftover Pizza from Friday night!

I am wearing…my pajamas still (at 1:40PM) because we are lounging inside today.

I am creating…piles and piles of clean laundry.

I am going…to the store to get more bacon and medicine today when boy is feeling well enough to go out for a minute or two.

I am reading…Harry Potter #2 (something to calm my brain down before bed and sometimes fall asleep while reading).

I am hoping…that Kyle does NOT get this bug or we're going to have to change our birthday plans for Evan AGAIN. We always seem to get sick this time of year!

I am hearing…old Mickey Mouse cartoons. LOL do the boys know I'm prepping them for our trip to WDW?

Around the house…Legos, Legos everywhere! Just got more yesterday LOL!

One of my favorite things…My pink VS slippers I got for free. My feet are warm and comfy even on the hard tile floors in our house.

A few plans for the rest of the week: Put weed control stuff down in the garden and put up rock border. Make Evan a chicken costume (don't leave till last minute!!!). Sigh so much to do I better not get side-tracked.

Here's our Murry. The keeper of the couch. Oh yeah, he's the one in charge of making sure it isn't going to go floating off somewhere. So just so you know when you visit, why you have all that dog fur on your pants.

Snowy Day 2011

Here are some photos I took yesterday of us playing out in our snowy front driveway! Laundry basket sledding of course (and no sled at all too), Ice skating without skates, shoveling, snowball fights and much more! Had a blast and we have another day of it today!
